Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, we require you letting us know within at least 24 hours from your scheduled session. We do not accommodate same-day cancellation, changes, or no-shows.

To cancel a Locals Card membership, you must give us written email notice at least 7 days before your monthly auto-renewal.
