Mahjong Guided Play is a supervised, hands-on practice session where an instructor roams the room to coach players throughout their game.  

How It Works

You play an actual game with expert support to answer all of your questions and guide you to that winning hand. Snacks and drinks will be provided!

Perfect for: Players who have completed 101 and 102 lessons, or players that know how to play and want to level up their game.
Arrival Instructions

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time for all lessons.  
Studio Policy

No children under 10 allowed in the upstairs Mahjong studio unless it is a designated children's class. You must have a ticket to be in the upstairs Mahjong studio space.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking you must email us at hello@mahjongbeachhouse.com at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

A few years ago, I discovered American Mahjong through a private lesson alongside a group of friends. While the game didn’t come easily at first, I quickly fell in love with its strategy, complexity, and the sense of community it fosters.

Since April 2025, I have shared that passion as a teacher, having taught over 300 women how to play, and helping new players build the same connections that first drew me to the game.
